Meet Mike, Your Buyer

I grew up in Pasco County. My family moved here in 1985 and I went to Hudson High School. After high school I served in the United States Navy. When I came home I put down roots here and never left.

Through my work in local construction and roofing I've spent years going street by street across Pasco County: New Port Richey, Hudson, Holiday, Trinity, Zephyrhills. I know these areas, I know the housing stock, and I know what homes are worth.

I started buying houses directly from homeowners because I kept seeing people get stuck. Stuck waiting on banks. Stuck paying agent commissions they couldn't afford. Stuck with a property they couldn't maintain. I wanted to offer something different, a fast, fair, no-hassle option from someone who actually lives here and cares about doing right by the people he works with.
